Anxious wind nipped lucid rays,
beneath the hearts of thawing skin,
Bending lights withheld my gaze,
as pebbles skimmed a jagged fin.
While hasty gills were fleeting hooks,
finding peace in salty nooks,
spirit guides held open palms,
urging glinting scales to calm.

Neptune is so powerful, isn't he? At least that is what your words brought to my mind.

Madi, your words seem to have life, breath, and a soul of their own.

  3. Yes, Ashley and I want autographed copies, 'cause we cherish your work. You haven't been discovered by enough people, yet, but you just wait. We can say, "We knew her when...."

Madi, your words aren't eighteen and neither is your mind. You are a fountain and almost a portal for another time, another place. I don't mean to sound so mystical or anything, just making an observation.
