AFTERNOON TEA.
4/26/10
Little disks on little spines,
clutching tarnished twill.
Lilac shadows line the vines,
needled boundaries spill.
Crimson bent my foiled shell,
wringing spiraled carousels.
Steaming vials smother trays,
mending dismal, callow days.

You should absolutely set your words to music. You have a library of songs at your fingertips.
